OUR PRACTICE

The majority of our practice consists of buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions, and outside general counsel. 

Specifically, we serve as lead counsel in purchases, sales, and other strategic transactions. We provide first-call general counsel on routine governance and corporate matters as well as significant contract negotiations, pressing developments, and other challenges requiring efficient resolution.

We also provide pro bono counsel to community organizations and artists.
