I am pleased to announce that I have started a law firm.

Drawing on my 12+ years as a mergers and acquisitions attorney, Conigliari PC will focus on the general practice of corporate law. We will help clients complete transactions, make investments, run and start businesses, negotiate and broker agreements, and resolve special situations.

I am particularly excited to be working with my brother Jeremy, who will join the firm as its first paralegal. Jeremy’s prior experience in finance and lending, where he gained a reputation for thoughtful guidance and fast-paced quality, will set a standard of excellence in client service, knowledge management, and document retention.
