BACKGROUND
Jonathan is a mergers and acquisitions attorney with over 12 years of experience representing a wide range of clients in complex transactions, strategic investments, corporate governance, and special situations.
Before founding Conigliari PC, Jonathan practiced at leading law firms in New York and Los Angeles, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
His clients rely on him as both lead deal counsel and a reliable outside general counsel. He enjoys helping clients achieve their financial and business goals.
